Course Objectives The aim of this course is to give opportunity to apply the knowledge, skills and behaviour in a business environment and practical training needed for medical secretariat profession.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • The students who succeeded in this course will be able to; Perform patient procedures by using medical terminology effectively and efficiently.
  • Perform office procedures, corresponding, filling and organizization.
  • Define the problems, analyze them and advise resolutions
  • Communicate comprehensibly and overtly with patients, their relatives and collagues in both written and oral way.
  • Take on responsibility as an active team member of the institution.
  • Meet the needs of occupational safety, environmental protection and quality concepts.
  • Consider social, cultural and ethical values during operating the procedures.
